The course program for executive training complies with the provisions of Art. 2, paragraph 1, letter d) and Art. 37, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement of 21/12/2011 for the executive task. The course includes 16 hours of lectures.
Topics:
Module 1: Legal-Regulatory
The legislative system on worker safety;
Supervisory bodies and inspection procedures;
The subjects of the company prevention system (Legislative Decree 81/08, duties, obligations, responsibilities and insurance protection);
Delegation of functions; Civil and criminal liability and insurance protection; Administrative liability of legal persons (Legislative Decree 231/01);
Communications required by the regulations to the owner bodies.
Module 2: Safety management and organization
The models of organization and management of occupational health and safety (art. 30 Legislative Decree 81/08);
Management of technical administrative documentation;
Obligations related to contracts or works or supply contracts;
Organization of fire prevention, first aid and emergency management;
Ways of organizing and exercising the function of supervision of work activities and with regard to the fulfillment of the obligations provided for in art. 18 paragraph 3 bis Legislative Decree 81/08; Role of the RSPP/ASPP.
The risk of interference and contract work;
What should be required and what activities the RSPP should perform.
Module 3: Identification and assessment of risks
The risk of work-related stress;
Risk related to differences in gender, age, origin from other countries and contract type;
Technical, organizational and procedural measures of prevention and protection according to risk factors;
Consideration of missed accidents and the findings of workers' and supervisors' participation activities;
PPE;
Health surveillance;
Other typical risks in the school sector: postures and MMC, voice risk, manual handling of loads, VDT (hints).
Module 4: Communication, Training and Consultation of Workers
Relational skills and role awareness;
Strategic importance of information, education and training as tools for knowledge of the company's reality;
Communication techniques;
Teamwork and conflict management;
Consultation and participation of Workers' Safety Representatives;
Nature, functions and methods of appointment or election of WSR.
