Health and safety course for managers

Content:
The course program for executive training complies with the provisions of Art. 2, paragraph 1, letter d) and Art. 37, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement of 17/04/2025 for the executive task. The course includes 12 hours of lectures.

Topics:
Module 1: Legal-Regulatory

• The legislative system regarding worker safety;
• Delegation of functions;
• The subjects of the company prevention system (Legislative Decree 81/08, tasks, obligations, responsibilities and insurance protection);
• Civil and criminal liability of managers;
• Administrative liability Legislative Decree 231/01 in the private sector;
• Prevention of violence and harassment in the workplace (ILO Document C 190 Convention on the elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work);
• Integration of disabled workers (reference to Legislative Decree 213/2003, Art. 3, paragraph 3 bis, Decree Law 76/2013, Art. 9, paragraph 4-ter, converted by Law 99/2013);
• The roles of the ASL, INL, and INAIL;
• Supervisory bodies and inspection procedures.

Module 2: Safety management and organization

• Methods of managing and organising processes relating to health and safety in the workplace;
• Organisational and management models referred to in Art. 30 of Legislative Decree 81/08;
• Occupational health and safety management systems in relation to voluntary regulations.

Module 3: Specific tasks of managers in relation to health and safety at work

• Technical, organisational and procedural prevention and protection measures based on risk factors;
• Importance of health surveillance;
• Obligations related to procurement, works and supply contracts;
• Interference risk management and the DUVRI.

Module 4: Communication, training and consultation with workers

• Communication and information techniques and tools;
• Management of working groups and conflicts;
• Consultation and participation of RLS.
